Ingredients: Directions:
8 whole bananas or plantains
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick of butter
4 Tbs. nutmeg

Melt butter in frying pan
Quarter the bananas or plantains
Dip bananas in lemon juice
Put bananas in frying pan
Lightly brown, remove and drain on paper towels
Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar
