WALTON’S WORLD RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Teachers and Schools
You may cancel your purchase of Walton’s World bundles Lesson provided that you return your complete bundle, with all materials, within three days of its receipt. Please indicate the reason for your return, and be as specific as possible so to help us serve you better. Please include your original invoice with your packing slip. We do not refund shipping charges. We will refund 90% of the cost of your kit, charging a 10% restocking fee as allowed by law.

Please note that we cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.
Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly process it and notify our payment processor to credit your account or refund your money. Refunds for credit card or commercial account purchases will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of the purchase. Allow time for credit to appear in your second billing cycle after the return.
Please note that if returns are not made according to the above requirements, returns may be rejected and no credit refund will be processed or owing.
You may further cancel your monthly subscription to the lesson plan kits at any time. No partial refunds will be made once the monthly printed lesson kit has been shipped and or online lesson kit has been uploaded to your account.
Parents
You may cancel your monthly subscription to Walton’s World at any time. Please know that no partial refunds will be made should you choose to cancel in the middle of a month. There are no cancellation/return rights for goods under $20.00 US, so your original purchase of Walton’s World online for children does not require you to return the backpack or its contents to us.
