1. What makes Walton’s World special?

Hello and welcome to Walton’s World. Every day Walton will introduce your child to learning concepts including pre-math and pre-reading skills, as well as self-regulation skills, ranging from learning to wait for a turn to group participation. Everything is introduced through fun and games. In Walton’s World, every day is an adventure, with learning a joy.

If your child wants to play at home with Walton, you may join Walton’s World online. Walton’s World online allows your child to follow along with the classroom curriculum, giving your child additional skills through fun. Whether downloading a country’s flag for coloring, or playing a game on the computer, everything is geared towards preparing your child for school. Our program is unique in that it follows the guidelines established by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Walton’s World is the only established curriculum that allows for parent and child participation at home.

2. Where does Walton go?

Walton travels to a different continent every eight weeks. For each continent we pick an exciting country and bring it to life through videos, music, books, crafts and recipes. Once all seven continents are visited (56 weeks) we return to the first continent and explore a different country. With 195 countries to visit, Walton and your child will indeed be world travelers.

4. What do I get with a Walton’s World Subscription?

For a monthly subscription of just $19.99 you will receive a personalized password allowing you access to the amazing adventures of Walton’s World online. Your child will find new country interactive games, country specific printables, Walton’s World music and enrichment activities to support what is going on in the Walton’s World classroom. You will find relevant educational articles, a family centric blog, country specific recipes and crafts, and suggested activities to support your child’s learning in the home and neighborhood.

5. How does my child get a soft Walton toy?

With your first subscription your child will receive a quality backpack including their very own soft toy Walton (machine washable and conforming to US safety standards), a Walton’s World t-shirt, inflatable globe and a CD of Walton’s World Songs. Additional soft toy Waltons are available.
